Boston Dynamics ‘Big Dog’ – another part of the future has arrived

Are you ready? You better be, because the robots are really here now. No more little toys zipping around your floor, cleaning up after you. These beasts just got serious. Meet the Boston Dynamics creation Big Dog:

Can’t be kicked over, ice won’t slip it up; these things are for real!

If a human-hating, strong-AI ever gets into one of these things, it’s gonna be GAME OVER. So we better be nice to them. ;)

The good news though; it shouldn’t be too long until we can all get around in our own personal Tachikoma‘s:
