		<description>this is funny because ethidium bromide (a DNA stain) and a host of other stains, salmon sperm (for cheap random DNA) and UV lights are in every biologist&#039;s lab. However as NoEntry observed, this still relies on current LED technology. So, yeah, we knew that the stain lights up under UV light, thats why we have it in the first place...</description>

but as far as I can tell it basically is just a LED(coating) powered by another LED...

I&#039;d rather see some modified bacteria that constantly emitt some bioluminescence...put them into a glas-tube and feed them well enough...</description>
