I've been playing with a Looxcie head-mounted camera lately, and one of the best uses I've found for it so far is to record people's special events and moments from your perspective and give it to them as a gift.

A hands-free point-of-view camera captures conversations and natural moments in a way a hand-held camera doesn't, because people will always look at a hand-held camera instead of the person holding it. When you're holding a camera, you become a cameraman. When you're wearing a camera, you're still you.

I'm really looking forward to people sharing and gifting snippets of their perspective even more naturally than we share photos today.

Of course, the other thing I'm using the Looxcie for is to record my combat shooting matches, so maybe there's something to this "Terminator vision" thing too :)

Excellent episode. Sad (but enlightening) to see Appelbaum so effectively broken down. I say excellent episode, but left me disgusted.
